%GMT
Percentage Gold Medal Times are a way of measuring performance across different crews, based on their relative boat speed. It does this by taking into account boat type, status, and gender, allowing you to compare the performance of a Women’s Junior 1x against an Open Elite 8+.
The figure is based on World Rowing's best times for a 2km distance. The value for each crew is extrapolated to suit the course distance and is calculated on a linear scale. So taking twice as long as the World Best Time, would result in a 50% GMT, four times as long 25%, 10 times as long 10%, etc.

Adjusted Time
The Masters Handicapping system is designed to create fairer competition between different age categories, allowing more people to race together. See British Rowing’s Rules of Racing for more information.
Standard Times are based on the fastest crew of the day for the given boat type and gender. Handicap values are then looked up based on the age category, and time adjustments are applied to each Masters crew.
The "Course Time" is the actual time it took you to complete the race, and the "Adjusted Time" is the Masters comparable time with the handicapping values applied.
